小学館声明なしか…残念ですね。
私が小学館から出るっていうブログを書いて大問題になった時、小学館は朝イチの会議で「作家にあんな偉そうな発言をさせないように管理した方がいい」ってなった。
かたや集英社の会議では「こんな事態になる前に作家さんが不満を抱えてないか、聞き取ろう」ってなった。
この話は当時、私が小学館を離れても連絡を取り合ってた小学館の編集者がさすがに自社の対応に呆れて教えてくれた。
いい編集者って小学館にもたくさんいるし、今でも顔も見たくない人いるけど、社風というのは変わらないのだな。ホントに残念だ
